I cannot create a ticket using this form: https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/ticket/ The "category" drop down does not work for me and is a required field.
Category is a drop down that depends on the problem type. Once you select a problem type, it should populate with a list of associated values.
I figured that but no matter what issue I choose, that drop down will not work. All I get is a blue bar which I assume is the selections I cannot see.
Try another browser, and/or clear cache, or try from a different machine. Looks to be an issue isolated to your machine.
I tried all the simple stuff to resolve the issue and it still is not working. I posted my actual issue here in the forum, so hopefully I can get support on why I was creating a ticket in the 1st place.
