Good Day,

We have problem with the sign in of an account.

The User can sign into power apps fine,The  problem comes when they need to sign into the app.

The app needs permissions to use SharePoint,office 365 and outlook.com.

When signing in to outlook.com via the permissions prompt the prompt shows the user doesn't exist.

Please see the attached.

we also Created a new user with the correct license but still get the same error.

Hi @Msiadmin ,

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I think you have misunderstanding on the Outlook.com connector.

When you create a connection to Outlook.com connector, you should sign in with your personal Outlook account (personal Microsoft Account) rather than Office 365 account (Azure Microsoft Work or School Account).

The Office 365 account may not be applied to Outlook.com connector. Also please make sure your Outlook account has meet the following prerequisites for connecting to Outlook.com connector:

Please consider add connection to Office 365 Outlook connector instead of the Outlook.com connector within your app.

We have been using the outlook connector for quite sometime.  We have never had an issue until recently and now our user cannot enter her domain email as she gets an error that her account does not exist.  This seems to me that the option for Work/School account is now missing.  If I try with my log in, the app recognizes me and allows me to continue..  Our new user gets an "account does not exist message".

For us also, there is a PowerApp which is working fine for most of the users but for few users Outlook connection started failing and when they try to sign in - same error mesg "Microsoft account doesn't exist"....

I was experiencing this issue for OneDrive connectors and stumbled upon a solution which might work here. Apparently there are 2 different connectors (one for Personal accounts and one for Business accounts), make sure you're selecting the correct one. The full text from the other forum: 

"The account you use here should be an account with an office 365 subscription, and the connection you are creating now is for OneDrive for personal, so this error will occur.

The account you are currently using can only create a connection to OneDrive for Business.

OneDrive for Business and OneDrive for personal are two different connectors in MS Flow, and the requirements for the account are different."
