Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you add a File type field in your CDS Entity, and want to upload file within your Model-Driven app through this File type field?

If you want to add a File type field in your CDS Entity, and want to upload file within your Model-Driven app through this File type field, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.

Currently, the File data type is only available to canvas apps and flows. Please check the following article for more details:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/common-data-service/types-of-fields#file-fields

If you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

The user @Softbear has faced similar issue with you, and he has found a alternative solution for this scenario, please check the following thread:

Also please check if the following response could help in your scenario:

I am going to ask a few basic questions just to rule out a few things:

1. After you added the new entity, did you save and publish your changes?

2. In model-driven apps, forma are generated automatically for all entities. So not sure what exactly you mean by "not seeing an entity when creating a form". Can you please explain a bit more?
