Model drive - Edit view showing my Quick View form but not when I publish it?

This follows on from an earlier post where I couldn't get fields I'd created to show on a form. I created an entity called Ideas and created custom fields. I want these to pull through to my main form and I thought I'd worked it out,

I created a relationship between the entities, created a form in the Ideas entity and then used the Quick View component to display it. However, I've published it and it's not showing. The form is showing in the edit view. What am i missing? The edit view of the form is below:

I added a new section and it gave me the option to 'add a new idea' - which gave me the form but I want the form to be right there when the user clicks on the tab if that makes sense?

Hello,

Please note that Quick view form show up on the section or tab, when the related field is populated for the primary entity.

For eg: In below Lead form, I added Quick View Control with look up field as customer and related entity as Account.

"Customer Details" section was loaded only after I entered the value in "Customer "field, otherwise it was not showing on the form.

Hope this helps.
