Monitor Tool showing Bad Request

I am having issues sending a form in Powerapps. I have no formula errors or any errors elsewhere. However, when I click the Submit button to send my form, it does not go. The Monitor tool shows Bad Request and SubmitForm is highlighted under Formula. Does that mean the SubmitForm is where the problem is? Any help? Thank you so much!!

Not an answer but as I know, Office365.SendEmail is deprecated. SendEmailV2 should be used instead...

As for bad request error, I think your form does not send data for all required data source columns or one or more data types are different than in data source. To verify that try (if notification pops up):

SubmitForm(RequestForm);
If(!IsBlank(RequestForm.Error),
    Notify("SP error");
);
