We have successfully managed to allocate our PowerApps per Apps licenses to an environment and from the Admin portal I can see them in the environment.
What I can't find is a way to track how many are in use and by which users. The user part is particularly necessary so that we can switch them to the Per User license if they are using more than six apps.
Has anyone found a way to track license usage?
Hi @Dramus ,
Do you want to view and check the capacity of app passes of all users?
You could view this on Power Platform Admin Center Capacity page:

@v-jefferni Has there been any progress made on the below since this post? I can see how many licences I have assigned per environment however I need to see how many of those are in use.

Looking for this report to understand the usage and trend.

Has this ever been built and deployed? I need to see which users have consumed my licenses and how many are still available

I know there’s a CoE app that Admins can use to manage all things Power Platform so maybe that’s what you need? I don’t have admin permissions but have always wanted to see what the app can do
I am a COE user and that's good thinking. However it doesn't provide this report.
However I have added as a discussion topic in the coe starter kit GitHub Page. Provide report for Per App Plan Consumption · Discussion #2672 · microsoft/coe-starter-kit (github.c...
