Month name getting changed, if user from poland submits the form, month will come in Polish language

When user submits the form, we will be  updating the field "Period" as current month with year ex: OCT-2021 ,using below expression

Patch( datasource, defaults(datasource), {Period : Text(Today(),"[$-en-US]mmm-yyyy")})

but when users from Poland submits the form. the month will get updated in polish language ,

such as wrz -2021 for sep -2021 and paź -2021 for  oct-2021.

Want to know, how to have a month name in US format only irrespective of user from any other country  submits the form.
