## Move Duedate based on Date and Time raised

Hi there,

Need a help. For my helpdesk application when user choose the priority the date column is already set. Our working hours are 9 AM to 5 PM. So when user raise a ticket out of working hour and the priority is high, the due date must be shifted to next day. As priority high to be attended on the same day. Please guide.

hi @venka91 you can use an if statement for that

``If(Hour(Now()) > 17,DateAdd(Today(),1),Today())``

Today() may need adjustment to reflect you rules more, such as Now + 4 hours etc.

Hope it helps

hey there if you liked the post give it a thumbs up, and if it solved your question please accept it as a solution.

Seems to be bit difficult for me to understand.

My Datepicker also shows the expected resoultion date based on the choice column, which has Low, Normal, High and critical.

In the Datepicker i have used Switch Statement and setting the due date. If choice is low, it sets today() +7, Normal, today()+5, High means today()+3, and for critical today().

Now how do i apply this formula you mentioned. Is there another property of date picker we can set this ?
