Multi Filter Gallery Assistance Needed

Hi all,

I'm trying to filter my Gallery on a number of predefined drop down fields that would then only show the relevant entries. As complicated as this sounds, we've sat down with the department over and over again to try and change the way they work but always falls back to - Filters. (Coming from Excel and filtering the columns).

The design of the app is this (See attached Screenshot)

I also have issues with adding an ALL option into the drop downs. I'm using the code below to populate the drop downs at the moment:

Sort(Distinct('HR Tracker Data', 'Recruitment Team Member Initials '), Result, Ascending)

Any help to add the "All" option in the drop-down would be appreciated.

FYI - The data is being held in a share point list.

Re: Multi Filter Gallery Assistance Needed

I can help you with the All Request.

ClearCollect(collectionName, {Result:"All"});
Collect(collectionName,Sort(Distinct('HR Tracker Data', 'Recruitment Team Member Initials '), Result, Ascending));

This would put All as the first option for a collection called "collectionName" and then would append all of the results returned from your last after All.  You would then link up that control to use this collection variable to get the options.
