Multiple Approver Approval issue

Hello All,

Please find my attached issue.

Any thoughts..?

1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION

Hi @maruthi216

you are still running the Filter action inside of a for loop

You do not need that

Now that you have the length figured out

Now just add a condition action to check if the length(filter output) is equal to 2

If YES, then both users have approved

If NO, then 1 or both have rejected

Hi @maruthi216

responses is a collection

use filter array to filter each response and check with Approve

then use length function length of filter array output to see how many approved

If count is 2 - then both approvers have approved

Can you be specific on the Length Function, on how i should use that...?

Hi @maruthi216

length is an expression

so it would be

length(dynamiccontentfilteractionoutput)

The Everyone must approve type returns the Outcome as a comma delimited list of individual outcomes.  So I would Split the outcome into an array.  Do a ForEach on the Array and if any value is "Reject" then set a variable to Reject, if not set it to Approve.  YOu can also use the values in the Array to set the fields in SharePoint that you want updated.

Hi @maruthi216

No need of a for loop around filter array

Capture.PNG

I got that portion but unable to get the formula for Length()..

Hi @maruthi216

expression should be as follows

length(body('Filter_array'))

Thank you.

Added that, next...?
