Multiple If Condition

I have a Title column and a Compliance column. When I use the below I get all the Managers on the list that are in the Title column. How can I edit the below so that it returns 'only' Mangers from the Title column that also show "Compliant" in the Compliance column?

CountIf(Collection, Title="Manager") - This returns all of the Mangers on the list.

Re: Multiple If Condition

Hi @3csman ,

CountIf(
   Collection,
   Title="Manager" &&
   Compliance = "Compliant"
)

Re: Multiple If Condition

If a Title has a sub-series in the column, can a wildcard be added to the lower formula based on the upper formula that would return ALL managers where there are Manager I, Manger II, Manager III in the Title column?

CountIf(SFCQsCollection, CQTitle="Manager I")

CountIf(EmployeeCollection, Title= ?)

Re: Multiple If Condition

@3csman ,

If you had the managers in a drop-down, you would refer to the manager equalling the selected value
