Multiple linked DropDowns

Hello,

If I have DropDown1 with values "House 1, House2"

And I want DropDown2 to show specific values for House 1, e.g. Red - House 1.

Anyone who got a simple suggestion?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Daniel_,

Assuming you have a table mapping for Houses and the value related with the house that you would like to show in Dropdown 2.

Then for Dropdown 2 items ,we could take use of filter function to restrict the value all related with House1.

For example, your Data table contains two columns named HouseNumber, and ColorValue, then under the items property of the Dropdown 2, we could use the following formula:

Filter(DataTable, HouseNumber=dropdown1.selected.value).ColorValue

Adding the function reference:

In DropDown1 items : ["House 1","House 2","House 3"]

In DropDown2 items: ["Red - "&Dropdown1.Selected.Value,"Green - "&Dropdown1.Selected.Value,"Blue - "&Dropdown1.Selected.Value,"Orange - "&Dropdown1.Selected.Value]
