My app isn't being sent to my email

I've created an app using one of the templates, and have added a few email addresses to the sharing screen. It does recognise these emails as people who work for the same company as the person who created it. I have checked "notify users via email" but no such emails get sent to any of the emails...

I am sorry you are having trouble with the email. I have just shared an app in Production environment and verified that it's sending email. Can you ask your users to double check by looking in their spam folder? Hi,

No one is receiving the email. fyi it does say "from preview" at certain places. Im not sure what that means.
