MySQL Connector Loading Tables but Errors when Adding to App

I have a MySQL database that I would like to connect to in Power Apps.

I have an on premises gateway that is operating and connected properly. The weird part is, I am able to pull a list of tables in the database, so that shows my connection, and credentials are working fine. When I click connect at the end of the wizard, I get an error. Power Apps tells me it cannot find the table, which doesn't make sense; how did it find the list of tables in the first place?

I have attached screenshots of moving through the wizard and the error it is giving me.

And here is my connector settings:

How can I eliminate the error and access my data in Power Apps?

Since you are connecting from the cloud through a gateway I think you need to supply the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) for the server instead of just a servername.

I just gave this a try, and I am getting the same error with the FQDN in the "Server" field as well.
