Navigate to power apps by launch?

Hello everyone, 

Can I ask you a question? I have one main power apps page have some item likes: Car booking, Order stationery...my idea is when I click on these icons It will jump to the appropriate apps to use. But I made Order stationery in other power apps, I used Weblink and insert the code: Launch(https://apps.powerapps.com/play/f3668742-01e8-4e0f-9010-4d35ee778c0e?tenantId=eb70b763-b6d7-4486-855...). My concern is when I click on "Order stationery" on main page...it navigated me to Power apps Canvas to edit not in web mode to use...How can I click on "order stationery" and it let me jump directly to web mode like the last picture?
