Navigating from Gallery to screen that is populated from a dropdown

I have a gallery where data is coming from SP2 list. I would like to navigate to a NotesScreen so users can see more information related to a meeting.

Gallery

    OnSelect=Navigate(NotesScreen, ScreenTransition.Cover, {Notes: gallery_FollowUp.Selected.Organization})

NotesScreen has information stored in SP2 List. However, I have a datacard with a ComboBox that is from SP1.

ComboBox Properties

Items = Filter(SP1, Organization = OrgDropDown.Selected.Organization)

DefaultSelectedItems = {'@odata.type':"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedReference",
Id:a.ID,
Value:a.Organization}

OnChange=Set(a,OrgDropDown.Selected)

How can I get the NotesScreen to show information when I click on the arrow?

Hi @ttaylor ,

Please explain more details of your app.

1. Is gallery_FollowUp the gallery control's name in your 1st screen?

2. What is the Item property of OrgDropDown control?

3. What are the columns included for these 2 lists? What are the column types? Please explain with some sample data if possible.

Do mask sensitive data before you uploading the images.

Regards,

Mona

ORG SCREEN

OrgScreen.pngOrgDrop

     Items = Sort(SP1, Organization)

     OnSelect = Set(a,OrgDropDown.Selected)

NOTES SCREEN

InkedNotes page_LI.jpg

gallery_Notes shows previous meeting notes, most recent on top

   Items = Sort(Filter(Notes,OrganizationNOTES.Value = OrgDropDown.SelectedText.Value),MtgDate, Descending)

At the bottom of the notes pages is a button: Add New Meeting Information

   OnSelect = UpdateContext({Popup: true}); NewForm(Form2)

Form2

   Datasource = Notes

There is a datacard (Organization_datacard) within Form2 to get information from SP1.

Organization_datacard has the following:

    DisplayField = ["Organization"]

    DefaultSelectedItems = {'@odata.type':"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedReference",

                        Id:a.ID,

                        Value:a.Organization}

    DisplayMode = Parent.DisplayMode

    Items = Filter(SP1, Organization = OrgDropDown.SelectedText.Organization)

    OnChange = Set(a,OrgDropDown.Selected)

Save Meeting Details button:

    OnSelect = SubmitForm(Form2); Refresh(Notes); UpdateContext({Popup: false})

    Visible = Popup

FOLLOW-UP SCREEN

gallery_Followup

Filter(Notes, FollowUpDate >= DatePicker1.SelectedDate, FollowUpDate <= DatePicker2.SelectedDate)

Any suggestions or ideas? As my first app ever, I may have made it too complicated and there was probably a better/easier way to do it.
