Hi,
I used the Asset checkout template and updated the data Excel sheet and uploaded it again. But now I am receiving errors with the formula. See screen shot below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is a little hard to tell since the entire formula isn't showing, but it looks like some of the columns in the Excel sheet have different names than PowerApps is expecting. If the column names in your sheet are different than the ones in the Template sheet, you will just have to go through and change them in the formula. If that is not the problem, you will need to let us see the entire formula
