Nested gallery- Data not loading

Hi,

I am in the process of developing a questionairre app in powerapps.

For this purpose I am having the datasource as sharepoint lists.

I am having a nested gallery in which the outer one is the questions and the inner gallery contains buttons for ratings, also from sharepoint list. (Shown in screenshot)

The problem is that the gallery is not loading many a time. And it is happening randomly.(Shown in 2nd screenshot).Coudn't figure out the issue. 

Would be great if somebody could help in understanding what is happening.

Could you please share more details of your two gallery controls?

What formula expression of the controls?

Some times the loading problem is related about the controls' formula expression.
