New badge idea

We should create a new badge for one of our PowerApps Community member, Hiro ( @h-nagao )

The creativity behind the apps and components he makes, the magic the integrates with maths concepts, the total outSIDE-of-the-box thinking he has, just can't go without a super special elite exclusive badge!!
