Could you confirm you are using not the iPad Pro 2 12.9" but the iPad Pro 2 10.5"? The latter has a different resolution we will fix/support in the 2.0.680 release.

Is this issue happening to all the iPad Pro 12.9 2017 or specific one? What is the ios versions? Also, it would be better if you could provide the detailed difference of how apps show in current iPad and the previous iPad with some screenshots.

So this is happening to all your apps? Where did you open these apps from? The browser or the PowerApps studio? Are you using the tablet version instead of the phone version when you create the app?
The first series of apps were opened from the iPad Pro 12.9 2015 using the iOS version of PowerApps, The apps loaded perfectly and filled the screen as expected.
The second series of apps were opened from the iPad Pro 12.9 2017 using the iOS version of PowerApps, This series of apps loaded fine but were very smalll in scale.
As to the second part of your question, two of the apps were created using PowerApps Stuido (web), and the other three apps created using PowerApps Stuido (Windows 10).
Just trying to get some attention to the scaling issue of the new iPad Pro 12.9 2017 before more companies purchase new iPads and discover the same issue.
I´ve got the same issue on an iPad Pro 10.5" (iOS 10.3.2).
The app was created in Tablet Mode, App Version is 2.0.662, PowerApps for iOS 2.0.661.

[Edit: iOS 10.3.3 has the problem as well. Default Apps and Phone Apps arent scaled properly either]
