Night Differential time computation

Im currently making payroll system auto compute hours form time in/out Using datediff on datepicker + hours + mins and succesfully generate result.

My problem is if start time and end time pass trough 2200h to 0600h is considered different rate. How to count hours within time range?

I will use that output to count night differential rate x output value of count hours.

Re: Night Differential time computation

Hi Monli,

Thanks for reply, my problem is i dont know how to compute hours within datediff 10PM-6AM. like below screenshot, total hours count between 2 date is 23, then automatically compute in OT-REG-Hours label how many hours of Overtime.  15. Then theres night differential hour label that i want to compute Hour count that cover 10PM-6AM which is 8 hours if i put it manually based on datetime selected.
