No ContentType in PowerApps what to do?

Seriously.  What am I supposed to do?

I can't create a new Form the old way using Sharepoint Designer.  I get access denied.  Otherwise I'd use a web part and put Javascript on the form.

SHAREPOINT IS BASED ON CONTENT TYPES!!!!!!

So far I can only think of lame ideas.  Why is this not a thing?

Create different Lists for different Content Types?

Use a Variable to possibly make form data visible?  (Not even sure that's possible)
