If it has 3 screens, there should be one screen that you can use to create new accounts. Try to use that to create records.

Also, when you go to web.powerapps.com, make sure you are in the right environment (st the top right corner). If not, change the environment and create the app again.

Hi @PowerAddict ,

 

Sorry for reply late, please see the below screenshot.

 

I created a canvas based on the Account entity in my company's environment. As you can see there are 3 screens in it, but the value is blank (I changed nothing).

 

And I can't change the environment on the top right corner, is that mean that my company set the sample data to disable and I can't change it? So that I can't get the sample data using the official Account entity?

Two things:

1. If you want to try to change the environment, do that on web.powerapps.com before you create a new app and then try again.

2. If there is another environment, and you create an app there but still don't see any data, then you simply may not have data.

In that case, use the new accounts screen in your app to create new accounts (by clicking on the + sign on the 1st screen).

Really thanks for your replies, I find the place to change the environment, but I find that I only have one environment.

 

And I have tried to change the entity to others, but they are all blank. So I think I may not have these sample data.
