This just started a little while ago.
2 separate PowerApps on 2 different computers cannot connect to our on premise SQL server.
Was working fine for days and even this morning, but just now began to say "Try Again" in Web Studio while trying to refresh the data sources.
I did see that there was a support update at https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/support/ and it stated that it was resolved, but whatever it was, seemed to possibly impact our apps as well.
Tried closing all browsers, clearning cache, tried multipe computers, no dice...
Also checked under Connections under our Gateway (which says it is "Live", and it says the SQL Server is "connected".)
Any ideas?
what type of gateway?
Yup, i was editing my post right when you replied.
Yeah, everything seems fine, but literally on 2 different computers, 2 different projects in web studio, still can't connect to those servers.
On Premise Gateway. Says it is "Live" in status.
There is something going on that is affecting many connections. On-Prem & Azure SQL connections seem to be affected, as well as some SharePoint connections. Hopefully MS fixes something soon.
I got same error on Microsoft Flow. Flows are failing to connect to SQL Server and SharePoint Online.
Gateway is running.
Error:
Unable to connect to the remote server
don;t know about SQL, but just like 15-20 mins. back , I started getting error on my connected datasources on OneDrive. I tried removing the datasource and adding it again, but consistently getting some or the other error and unable to add it.
Hope MS fixes this soon.

i just put a support ticket in.
I am sure they probably know about it by now.
I hope.
I have also put a support ticket.
I am pretty sure that they are getting loads of support tickets right now.
Seems like some big issue. i am unable to add datasources from any kind of connections.
