None of our apps are loading.

None of our apps are loading. We have made no changes to any of them. 

Here's a session id

We are in the West cost of the us. 


I know it goes without saying but the almost weekly issues connecting to SQL or apps not loading is ridiculous.

Same.  Connections having difficulties even loading.  Going to Powerapps main screen, Data/Connections, nothing shows.



.... and it seems to be back up again. Something like this almost happens weekly for us. We have users report an issue that they cant open the app or its really really slow. I investigate, its incredibly slow for me I try though different connections to the internet. I open a ticket with Microsoft, then within 1-4 hours the issue is resolved BEFORE microsoft even gets back to me. 




How often do you find that working in these apps, that something does not work properly, or a flow does not complete, leaving some files in some incomplete state?  I cannot be married to my apps to ahve to baby sit them constantly or to have to go inside of databases to piece together incomplete items because something did not finish properly.  I'm curious of your experience.


BTW, i'm still down.  I have a office 365 connection that will not reauthenticate.  My flows are stopping on email actions!

Eastern USA here... none of our apps will load properly for the last hour or so. Generally times out with message, "This app stopped working. Try refreshing your browser".

I dug into my connections.  Sometimes, I dont even get a list of them.  It times out.  When I get a list, my Office 365 Outlook connection fails authentication.  I try to re-authenticate and it fails.  Similar???





All the time. It has caused me a lot of stress over the past year. We went full in on PowerApps and Flow early this year. We developed the following apps:

360 Review Process

Time off Request

Customer Grievances

Product Change Request

Right now we are in the process of our top 300 employees being evaluated in our 360 review. So when the app is unavailable it is extremely visible and embarrasing (the app was unavailable for half an hour yesterday and today.)


We use flows extensively to support the workflow processes. For example, we use flows to approve a time off request, and a flow to submit the request to Payroll. These flows fail randomly I have to monitor the flows manually every few days to make sure that they are processed successfully. 


In Jan (when we have some more free time) we will re-evaluating our development strategy. We have spent the last few months developing in SharePoint with SPFx. Its been such a relief working with something that we can rely upon to be available. I dont have to go into demo meetings with a sick feeling in my stomach worrying about if my demo will work anymore!

Issue is at least now being acknowledged!



I havent seen an update on the support site. Is it safe to tell our users to use powerapps again?
