I have create an element within my PA which allows user to attach a file/photo via the built-in SharePoint [attachments] field. Everything operates as expected when running the application on a pc / laptop, but when i try run it on my Android (Samsung S8) - it gives me an error: "Organisation's security policy restricts saving files (see attached image).
I wonder if anyone else has had similar issues and whether you're able to help me work out a way to resolve this?
Ok - so i am able to view the downloads on all my other devices (tablets) and my wife's mobile (also a Samsung) - so not sure why i can't view on my device. At least i've managed to isolate this to a device issue rather than PowerApps. I will attempt to uninstall PowerApps app on my mobile and reinstall it to see if that works.
Nope - uninstalling and reinstalling PowerApps did nothing. I went into "Apps & Permissions" and set all permissions to "allow" the camera, etc.
I note that when accessing the PowerApps application from the other devices - they all asked if the app could have permission of the camera, however my device doesn't ask that question.
Anyway - still not quite sure what the issue is here.
Looking through your issue, I dont really see anything obvious as to why you cannot do this. The only thing I can think of is that for some reason you company has blacklisted that device specifically for some reason. For this issue you might be better off creating a ticket with Microsoft Customer Support to help delve into this. I will include a link on how to create a ticket with them below if you would like to go down that route.
