Hello Powerapps users
One User is facing issues as shown in a Powerapp connected to a sharepoint datasource.
I created an APP that works fine for everybody but for one specific user. This guy encounters the infamous "Réponse du serveur : Not a valid connector Error response". I checked his connexions which are all fine.
Where is the issue ? You can see below when he tries to fill a field in a form connected to a person column in sharepoint.
The fields "Valideur 1" and "Valideur 2" connect to a different sharepoint column with a Person format in the same list. I recently experienced something strange :
. on monday, the automatic lookup on the field 'Valideur 1' didn't work. It was fine for 'Valideur 2'.
. on tuesday, the automatic lookup on the field 'Valideur 2' didn't work. It was fine for 'Valideur 1'.
. on wednesday, everything is fine.
Any idea ?
Hi @servoise ,
I've made a similar test but not met the same problem like your description.
1) whether the connection that you created is valid now.
Try to re-create connection to your all.
2)whether your network is on a good condition
What's more, if the problem still exists, please try to recreate your all.
Here's some similar issues that someone met for your reference:

I got the same error.
In my case I use Powerapps connected to CDS. Android version.
Apparently this issue is associated to the mobile data service.
Here Is what I see:
all data services are up and functional. I can browse and use data applications with no delay with those 3 methods.
I've also tested bandwith. MobileOperator1 is even better than MobileOperator 2.
Is there any special requirement on the mobile data operator? Any open ports needed, restricted IPs or protocols? Any QoS requirement?
Just an FYI since I found the root cause of this error message for me.
My Powerapps is connected to an Azure SQL Server
I started to receive the error on a previously working button using the Patch Function.
This error only happen because I hadded a triggered event in SSMS to the table it is patching
If i disable the trigger, it starts to work again.
Do you have the solution with your problem?
Also, have you found what the trigger is to have this issue?
I'm having similiar issue as well, and i dont thing is user permission related. Also, i have the problem not only on my mobile, but in every devices.
No clues. the error remains.
I've asked Microsoft Support for the correct list of IPs PowerApps mobile connects to, because those listed on the powerapps site is not the correct one. Weeks and weeks with no feedback, other than "We are working on it".
May the luck be with you!
The same error message also happen here. Previously it never happened. But, recently I can see the trend that this issue is growing within the PowerApps user.
I only use the web/tablet version of PA and only use SharePoint as a database, there are some error messages occurred sporadically to any user and sometimes to me as the owner.
Sometimes the apps works properly and sometimes does not.
Here are some of my error messages I received sporadically either by me or from the user:
I checked that my company internet connection is quite fast between 200 mbps - 1gbps when running the app.
I checked the overview of my user access using DataSourceInfo function to verify and all have access to the data source.
I recreated some of the data connection.
I Tried to find solutions from this community but seems no solid solutions yet.
The one thing that I haven't tried is to recreate the apps (have 1.7mb app size and quite time consuming to recreate again), is there anyone here have tested to recreate the app? and what's the result?
Just weighing in to say that I have this issue too, across two different tenants. Working in PowerApps lately is becoming incredibly frustrating because it seems there is so much instability in the platform. You spend sometimes days investigating something, unable to work out whether it's a mistake in your solution or something has changed on SharePoint or PowerApps.
We have the exact same three error messages listed by @HeihoSilver
Really hope someone from the team is paying attention to this one.
