So today when we tried to demo our app to a client we got this error while we where showing it , when we try to run any function within the application this error occurs
this only started happening this afternoon.
any help will be greatly appreciated

The account used for the SQL connector doesn't have access to the underlying database you are trying to connect to. That's normally why you can't allow it.
What connector does the app use? Can we get a screenshot of the error?

Please check if you have added a proper SQL Server connection within your PowerApps app. Please also check if the SQL Server connection within your PowerApps app is invalid, if yes, please update the connection.

Yes they where , sorry for not replying sooner , I was busy with other applications
