Not able to open model-driven apps

Anyone seen this behavior?
I have an environment that I've been working in for a while. It has eight model-driven apps and one canvas app.

All of the apps are listed, but only the canvas app renders as a clickable link.

All of the model apps are not clickable as links.  They're selectable, but if you click them they do not open.

If I click on the ellipses next to an app and the Play option is disabled.  I am able to click Edit and then from there hit Play.
I'm an admin in the environment.

Can you elaborate on what "admin in the environment" means in this context?

  • CDS Security Role
  • O365 Role
  • Etc.


My assumption is that you are able to read the apps, but something has changed with your O365 user (lost a license, or using Team Member license), and now you are unable to execute the apps.

CDS Security role is "System Administrator".

This environment is on a tenant with two other environments that I do not have see this issue with.  Very strange.


This seems to have resolved itself without any changes.
