Not able to submit the Form Data on Sharepoint

Hi everyone - can any one help me and tell, what is wrong with variable, just a day before it was working fine but today i am not able to submit the data into Share point list because of this error.

thank you so much. i have understood the reason behind this. Actually I am made a field required on sharepoint, however on Form i made that card as not required.
