I solved this connecting to my company via VPN, then started the editor.
Then I disconnected from VPN and now the editor works ok.

The issue is most likely with proxy settings in your network (ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED)
Same here. It was fine yesterday; not this AM.
UPDATE: With further testing... I have to stay connected via VPN in order de editor to work
