Hi,
I have been seeing the following error message when trying to sign in to power apps for creating an automated outlook reminder in a SharePoint list.
"Failed to create connection for connection id '/providers/Microsoft.PowerApps/apis/shared_sharepointonline/connections/shared-sharepointonl-518c9ed9-905a-4184-b291-cfa4-05f41b22'. The user with object identifier 'dca1758b-7096-4cf8-8f86-dadb3d35abd1' in tenant '6ff60d36-925f-4785-a854-510f909ee561' does not have an entitlement to use PowerApps."
Does anyone have experience with this or know how to get the permissions changed?
This error is implying a licencing issue. Assuming you had access to this app before, can you check with your admin to make sure your licence is still active and appropriate for what you are trying to do?
This can also happen if you have multiple logins (especially on different tenants) and one is cross-threaded with the others. In that case, make sure you are logged out the other account in Sharepoint, Power Apps, and others, before attempting to log back in.
Hope that helps,
Bryan
