Notification email opt in

Hi,

I have an app where customers can see order status. I want to add a button (E.g. Notify Me) which will open a box to insert the email. (Until here easy) Now, adding the email and pressing another button, I want themto receive an email when that order status change to "Dispatched".

I manage to create everything, however only sends the email if the status is already "Dispatched". If is not, the formula will 'not last' until the status is changed.

I used the below.

Switch(Subtitle1.Text, "Processing", "", "Dispatched", Office365.SendEmail(TextInput2.Text, "OrderDispatched", "OrderDispatched") )

Hope this makes sense and thank you in advance.
