ODFB Convert File from HTML to PDF used to work!?

Converting a file from HTML to PDF using ODFB has worked great up until today. Now the converted files are plain text HTML and not usable.

The flow completes successfully but the file output is not as expected.

Included is a screenshot of what the HTML looks like rendered by the browser.

Did something change? 

If so what action can I take to fix this?

This used to work and I just tested and I got the pdf like this:

Since this is PowerApps community, would you please repost this issue to Flow community so that the right expert could help you and might report this issue?
