Re: ON NEW SHOW A VAR, BUT I CANT DO IT

Hi @Gorilla_8

If you want to show some control only when the form mode is new, then you can set the "Visible" property of the control to:

If(SharePointForm1.Mode = FormMode.New, true,false)

This will it will only be visible when the form mode is new.

Hope this Helps!

Re: ON NEW SHOW A VAR, BUT I CANT DO IT

Hi @Gorilla_8 ,

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you want to make the "SOLICITANTE" button editable when you click "New" in SharePoint List?

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I assume that you want to make the "SOLICITANTE" button editable when you click "New" in SharePoint List, is it true?

I have made a test on my side, please consider take a try with the following workaround:

Set the DisplayMode property of the "SOLICITANTE" button to following:

If(
   SharePointForm1.Mode = FormMode.New,
   DisplayMode.Edit,
   DisplayMode.Disabled
)

Please consider take a try with above solution, check if the issue is solved.

Re: ON NEW SHOW A VAR, BUT I CANT DO IT

I tried the two options you gave me, but I just need one thing:

When the user clicks on the new button "REQUEST" is active and the form appears.

And when you click on edit an item the same thing.

Re: ON NEW SHOW A VAR, BUT I CANT DO IT

Hi @Gorilla_8

Can you share an example of the implementation that you want to do in this case? I got a little confused when you say "When the user clicks on the new button "REQUEST" is active and the form appears. And when you click on edit an item the same thing.". Can you please share more details so that we might be able to help you better with this?

Hope this Helps!

Re: ON NEW SHOW A VAR, BUT I CANT DO IT

Hi @Gorilla_8

Thanks for sharing the screenshots! Do you intend to select the buttons first and then show the form when the first button is clicked? or do you want a gap to appear before opening the form?

Hope this Helps!

Re: ON NEW SHOW A VAR, BUT I CANT DO IT

Hi @Gorilla_8

In that case, you can add a timer control to add delay. Can you try to set the configuration like:

SharePointIntegration:

OnNew: Set(FormModeSelected, "New");Set(StartTimer,true)
OnEdit: Set(FormModeSelected,"Edit");Set(StartTimer,true)

Timer:
Duration: 2000 ->2 Seconds
Start -> StartTimer
OnTimerEnd -> If(FormModeSelected = "New", NewForm(SharePointForm1), FormModeSelected = "Edit", EditForm(SharePointForm1))
Visible -> false

Hope this Helps!
