Office 365 Connector and Book a room template

Hi expert,

I'm using the Book a room template and want to filter the room list by location.

They are simply too many rooms and can't find the one I need.

How can I filter it by Location? In Exchange Admin Center we are able to set the Location of a meeting room.

Don't know why there's no variable in PowerApps though.

Hi @chungchung ,

Are you trying to filter for Location (a column in the Exchange Address Book) within the Booking Details pane?
If I'm understanding your question correctly, filtering by location could be done by creating rooms lists for different locations in Exchange. The Book a Room app will display all rooms lists, so could serve as a location filter.
There is not currently a way to pass, for example, a City name and query for all rooms matching that city.

Regards,

Mona
