Office 365 my profile not working

The below link shows examples and none of them are working for me shows blank results even though there is information in the users profiles.

Have you added the Office365 users connection on the left side menu?  You must add it in order to use these functions.

Hi @J0hn ,

Could you tell me what formulas that you used are invalid in details?

Here are some tips that may help you:

1)please check whether you've connected with office365 users successfully



2)try to refresh or recreate the connection

3)please check whether these users's profiles are blank:

PowerApps get users' profiles from azure ad.

4)whether you use odd functions that are invalid now

Thanks for your suggestions I am using Office365Users.MyProfile().City to pull the city from the current user. I have checked that the user(myself) has a city listed in both office 365 and in AD. I also tried adding the AD connector and removing and adding the Office 365 connector. All I receive is a blank white field I have also tried creating a new app and have the same result.
