Is it possible (or as a feature request) to have scheduled/delayed sends when sending mail via Office 365?
Do you have a subscription for Microsoft Flow? If you have one, it would be possible to send an email via Office 365 Scheduled/Delayed.
About Microsoft Flow, please check this documentation for more details:https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/getting-started/
About your request, you could add the action “Delay” or “Delay until” in your flow, please check this documentation about “Run flows on a schedule”:https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/run-tasks-on-a-schedule/
And you could configure your flow looks like below:
Please try if this works for you. If you need more help, please feel free reply.

Thanks, I think I can piece something together using Flow.
Is there a limit of "queued" flow entries?
Is there a "delay until" limit I should be aware of? For example, if I set something to "Delay until" a week later...
So far, I haven’t seen any documentation about the limitation of action “Delay until”.
I found a similar thread which says that a delay of 28 days will work fine. The thread link for a reference:https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Forum/Max-Delay-Until/m-p/2383/highlight/true#M392And this documentation about Flow Plans could also be a reference for you:https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/
