Offline Sharepoint Person Columns

Hi. 

 

If im offline and cannot see the persons name in a lookup list, how do i populate a dropdown box full of peoples names etc to feed into a sharepoint person list?

 

do i just change add the items to ["First Last","Joe Blow"] etc the same as their office365 microsoft accounts?

 

What is the Collect and Patch commands

 

I also requre to use flow after to send emails if this person is selected

Hi @shaneOZ ,

 

If you want to Patch one name to your Person type column in your SP list, the name should be in your O365 Group.

Add one new to your Office 365 group in your Microsoft 365 admin center:

Then Patch the name from PowerApps to SP list's Person type column:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Discussion/Saving-data-from-powerapps-to-SP-lists-person...

I should also state i did try this

 

Table({Id: 6, Value: : {DisplayName:"Shane Francis",
  Claims:"i:0#.f|membership|shane.francis@ozmining.com.au", 
  Department:"",  
  Email:"shane.francis@ozmining.com.au", 
  JobTitle:"", 
  Picture:""})

and that did not work
