OnSelect.run -flow is not using correct ID from Form

Hi all,

I have encountered to an issue that is driving me nuts. I have a button with simple function:

SubmitForm(SharePointForm1);'CapexRequest(New)'.Run(DataCardValue7)

where DataCardValue7 represents ID of the request.

My problem is that whenever user is creating new request, the flow won't run with this just created request's ID, but is running with ID of first request in the list. Hovewer when I run this flow on already created item, ID is correctly selected.

Do you people have any suggestion, what might be causing this issue? Since an update from last week, these basic functionalities are out of the window.

Many thanks

Lukas

Re: OnSelect.run -flow is not using correct ID from Form

Hi Lukas,

The LastSubmit property of a form will return the item that you submitted, as well as any server generated values.

Therefore, you might have more success if you use syntax that looks like this:

SubmitForm(SharePointForm1);
'CapexRequest(New)'.Run(SharePointForm1.LastSubmit.ID)
