I am currently testing PowerApps using the Common Data Service. I have set up two related tables using the lookup field in the second table (Staff Members and Staff Member Organizations). I have successfully created an app based on the Staff Member table. It houses PrimaryID, StaffMemberFirstName, StaffMemberLastName, StaffMemberBirthMonth, and StaffMemberBirthDay. The second table houses PrimaryID, StaffMember_, StaffMemberOrganization, and StaffMemberPosition. StaffMember_ is the lookup field containing the staff member's PrimaryID. The gallery for the staff members is named StaffMemberBrowseGallery.
When navigating to the detail screen, I would like to have the name of the person (again) with a list of the organizations they belong to.
I have set up a text gallery on the detail page, and I have filtered using the following formula:
Filter('Staff Member Organization', StaffMember_ = StaffMemberBrowseGallery.Selected.PrimaryId )
However, StaffMember_ is highlighted with the blue line with the info icon showing. What am I doing wrong? I've looked over the filter function more than once, but don't understand why this isn't working.

Have you tried to let PowerApps to create the app for you using the CDS connection directly?
