OneDrive For Business: Image/User permission problem

I have an app that uses an Excel file stored in my OneDrive For Business as a data source. I am able to store images via the Camera control within the app; however, when other users try to save an image, the image does not show for users other than who created the image.

 IPM.PNG

I have tried giving Full Permission to the /images folder for the users, but the images still do not show for users other than the creator.

Any thoughts on how to get the images to show for all users?

Thanks in advance!
