Only allow users to create/ submit to list but not allow to see data

We have requirement to create powerapps thru which user will submit entry to a list but by any other means( csom, jsom, list view, search etc) he should not be
allowed to see his own or other users entries. In this scenario all users need to be given contribute.
I thought of some options like creating proxy list from where items will be copied to final list or creation of child flows but it needs to have created by entry by user.
I came across spfx extension building option but it seems to much .
Any help is appreciated

This sounds like a Power Automate question rather than a PowerApps question. You are welcome to post it here but I suggest you post this in the Power Automate Community instead. You’ll get a quicker and better response over there

Hey @maheshkhisteLiv

what is your data source, you want your entries to store in? You could use a SharePoint List for this and create a new Canvas App or from SharePoint list form (Power Apps will open, if you click on "New" or "Edit" within SharePoint list).

Within your SharePoint List change the "Permissions on Itemlevel" to "Read elements, created by user" and "Create and update items, created by user". If the user has "Contribute" permissions on this SharePoint List, he is only able to see his own items but not from another user. A person with "Design" or "full control" can see every item within this list, if you want someone to administrate the items.

Then you can use Power Apps to modify your App as you like.

Hope this helps you!

Regards

Marvin
