Opening apps pinned to home screen of mobile device

I am running into an issue with power apps that I have pinned to my phone's home screen.
Is this a known issue?
Is there a fix or workaround available?

Here's the behavior on iOS:
1) Pin App
2) Launch App
3) App opens successfully
4) Swipe away/close app on the phone
5) Launch App
6) It launches into the power apps app list of apps instead of opening the app.

Here's the behavior on Android:
1) Pin App
2) Launch App
3) List of power apps displays for less than a second
4) App opens successfully
5) Swipe away/close app on the phone
6) Launch App
7) List of power apps displays for less than a second

I have the same issue.  I think we have it since last IOS update 13.3.1.

Any solution for this ?
