Opening sharepoint list item someone else created to add to it in Power Apps

I have created a power app that submits data to a sharepoint list. 

I have an initial user who is filling out a form and submitting to the sharepoint list. When they do that it sends an email prompting their manager to fill out the rest of the sharepoint list. I am using a gallery on my first page so that when the manager comes to the app they see any off their direct hires entries and then they can click on one. 

After that I am stuck. When they click on the item in the gallery how do I get them to update the exact form entry that they are selecting?

Also, for the manager section I have the form broken out onto multiple screens and was patching at the end to submit.

In this case, you can store the record reference in a variable and then pass it to the Edit Form with the help of Item property. If you share more details about the schema and configuration, we might be able to help you with the expressions.

I am a bit new to power apps and I am not sure how to locate the record reference. 

In this first image I have what I have set the submit button for the first person to do. I am patching together the form from two screens to get the List ID. Then I am setting varJson to use a flow that takes an image on the app and uploads it to the attachments from the sharepoint list item. 

From that submission I have an email going out to the person's manager. Their manager will then click on the link in the email and it will bring them back to the app. I have it set so that it will know that the person on the app is now the manager and it will pull up a list of all their direct reports who have entered in a partially completed form. 

I did this by setting a collection that views all the Sharepoint list entries that have that person listed as the manager and then I have a column in SharePoint that labels the list entry as in progress. So I am displaying to the manager the sharepoint list entries where they are listed as the manager and that are labeled as in progress as a gallery displaying the collection. 

I am just confused on what to do next!

Hey there, 

I was wondering if you could provide any more insight to this? I have changed the scenario slightly thought. 

I have a sharepoint list item that I am updating with Patched Forms and then I have two flows that will take two images from the power app and add them as attachments to the sharepoint list. 

From all of my trying I couldn't get the submit button to run two flows and I couldn't get the flow to contain action to pass through both of the images and turn them into attachments. Is that even possible? 

So next I figured I would use one of the navigation buttons after the first image to submit that first patched half of the form and run a flow that saves that image as an attachment. 

Then I would like to pull that same sharepoint list item and update it in the power app (same user) who then can do the final submit and that will update the sharepoint list item with the new patched form info as well as the second image that is uploaded through a flow. My trouble is I am having trouble in how the second portion of the form will know to update the part the associate just filled out. How would I do that? 

Also, is there an easier way to do this?? haha
