Hello!
For my application I have a ticket system with a certain status. I have a dashboard where you can see how many tickets there are for each status.
Looks like this:

I used excel in the first place but because I need to use more than 2000 rows for my filter, I want to use sharepoint. How can I make this formula work without having a deligation error?

After a few years the status with "all" will have more than 2000 rows. But I simply do not like to see the error. But if there is no other way to do this, I guess it will be fine.

Are you going to have more than 2,000 tickets in any specific status at once? If no, you can safely ignore the delegation limit.
