Outlook 365 calendar to SharePoint 365 calendar

I am new to Power apps. I am wonder if it is possible to create a power app which will recreate events from an Outlook 365 calendar to a SharePoint 365 calendar?

Hi @TonyFire ,

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you want to sync event from your Outlook Calendar into your SP Calendar List when new event is created in your Outlook calendar?

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I think Power Automate flow may be better for your scenario. On your side, you could consider create a Power Automate flow as below to achieve your needs:

Within the "Create item" action of SharePoint connector, set the Start Time field to following expression:

formatDateTime(triggerBody()?['start'], 'yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ')

set the End Time field to following expression:

formatDateTime(triggerBody()?['end'], 'yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ')

Other field values should be populated with dynamic content of the above Trigger.

Please set up your flow as above mentioned, then when a new event is created in your Outlook calendar, it would be synced to your SP Calendar List automatically.

HI,

It sounds to me like you may want to use Flow for this rather then Powerapps.

If you want can contact me at jay@research-nest.com and we can go over this more on a teams meeting
