Re: Outlook Customer Manager with Flow and Powerapps needs Read/Update/Delete/List for all 4 entitie

Hi @Luis8888,

Not sure what is your question. Did you start a flow in PowerApps? And the app will have 4 CDS entities? You could try to first create an app using one entity and let powerapps create the app automantically. Then this app will have the ability to Read/Update/Delete this one entity, and you could just add 3 more and create the same thing with them in the same app.

Re: Outlook Customer Manager with Flow and Powerapps needs Read/Update/Delete/List for all 4 entitie

Outlook Customer Manager is not available in the Managed Connectors (like SQL Server Sharepoint and the rest) so it in not possible to buils an app automatically.

It is only available in standard connectors for flow and Powerapps with only the create Companies/Contacts/Taks/Offer, but notning else. There are some turn around possible as companies and contacts seems to be stored in the same standard Outlook Folder "Contacts" but it is a big mess, and nothing available for Offers, I heard that thoses are hidden folders in Exchange ?

I cannot use  Customer Manager because there is some need of acces to thoses entities, at least with flow, better directly from Powerapps.

Re: Outlook Customer Manager with Flow and Powerapps needs Read/Update/Delete/List for all 4 entitie

I know this is old(ish) - but I'm wondering if anything has changed in the past year.  I'm looking into setting up a small business (3 people) with O365 Business Premium - and possibly use Bookings and Outlook Customer Manager - but I would also need to be able to do a 2-way sync of the Outlook Customer Manager data into a database.  Is this possible?  If this is not possible then I will get them setup with just Business Essentials and look into other CRM solutions.  Thanks!

My advice, just do not do that, use dynamics CRM if you have the money, or Excel if not
