Outlook365 connector is not working consistently



I'm using the Outlook365 connector in a canvas app to pull in the top 25 emails from a user's inbox into a collection.  What I have experienced using the app on my own is that sometimes emails pull in, sometimes they pull but are not current (emails from last year only), sometimes they don't pull in at all (no changes to the code to pull emails in), and some users can view current emails while others can't get emails to pull in at all...ever.  Sometimes the app works perfectly.  Again, no change to the code to pull emails into the collection.


Anyone experience the same?  Any suggestions?  Code to pull emails in is below.
