P1 license user gets error attempting to read/write cds

I have connection to custom CDS entity.  P2 license access fine.  P1 license gets error as per attached screenshot.

As far as I can tell, P1 licensed user has read/write permissions to Entity database.

Any help?

Hi @lknudson,

According to https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/, P1 plan should be able to use/create/access custom entities in Common Data Service for Apps. Please make sure that you have followed the steps in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/administrator/database-security to assign security roles to users correctly.

Yep.  That took care of it.  I hadn't been in that area for creating new role security for custom entities.
